A live 12-lead ECG for residents. Choose a diagnosis, measure with calipers, then give antiarrhythmics or shock the simulated patient and watch the tracing respond.
Combine a rhythm with any conduction, chamber, ischemia and electrolyte findings. Every layer changes the cardiac dipole, so the 12 leads, vectors and 3D heart update together.
Badges rate each drug for the current tracing. Pick one to read about it, then give it to the patient. The action potential plot shows where the drug works.

The arrow is the heart's instantaneous dipole. Each lead records its projection onto that lead's axis: positive when it points toward the lead's positive pole. Loops trace the P, QRS and T vectors; the dashed line is the mean QRS axis.
Teaching simulation. Waveforms come from a simplified cardiac dipole projected onto the 12 lead axes, so they reproduce the patterns but not every real-world detail.
